"Eu sou filha de Deus": Some Observations on Religion and Gender in Adélia Prado’s Bagagem

Este ensaio trata da coexistência da religião e do gênero feminino em alguns poemas do livro Bagagem, de Adélia Prado. O estudo se concentra na maneira como o eu lírico da poeta autoriza a sua palavra através de uma relação com Deus, uma relação que toma o gênero feminino da poeta como princípio fundamental. O ensaio analisa a ambigüidade que existe entre as declarações em entrevistas de Adélia Prado sobre o papel secundário da mulher na sociedade e o poder do seu próprio eu lírico feminino.
